Founder and Partner
Ernesto has 25 years in providing consultative services in data technologies for national and international organizations. In 2001, Ernesto founded Through The Noise Consulting, and in 2013 created Through the Noise Podcast.
Charlene Ioanidis
Producer and Head of Video Content
Charlene brings her filmmaking background and six years of concert production to Through The Noise Podcast. She is responsible for video content, booking guests, managing projects, as well as various other activities, such as voice-overs for the show. She splits her time between San Francisco, Portland, Serbia, and Greece and takes portraits of pets when she gets the chance.
Marina Roganovic
Producer and Head of Audio
Marina has been managing the administrative side of various international organizations, as well as small tech startups for the past 10 years. Her experience includes running admin and financial sides of international schools, managing teams, marketing, and communication, as well as some government and international relations.
Marina has enjoyed podcast publishing for the past several years, as it contains elements of a fast-paced environment, communication, and marketing.

Alison’s journey into media began with a strong interest in sports, which sparked her desire to craft engaging narratives. Today, Alison is focused on producing captivating podcast content that resonates with listeners. She’s driven by the opportunity to help shape stories that inspire and connect with audiences.

Jason brings his expertise as a former television and recording studio engineer, along with his experience as a guitarist, to the world of podcast production. With a trained ear for what sounds best, he specializes in crafting high-quality audio for podcasts, including production, custom intro music, and voice-over editing.
Naya Filaou
Video Editor
Naya is based in Greece with a diverse background in film studies, animation, and interactive media. Over the past decade, she has worked across a variety of roles, including video editor, post-production manager, cinematographer, 3D animator, and video/audio editor for television and other projects. Other interests include VFX creation, music videos, and film analysis.
Terri McWatters
Project Manager
Terri brings over 10 years of expertise as a certified Executive Assistant specializing in project management, back-end systems, and technical support. Terri is dedicated to streamlining workflows, creating processes, and improving overall project efficiency.
Artem Zabolotnyi
Senior Systems Engineer
Artem is an experienced developer with over 10 years in large team environments, specializing in Go, PHP, MySQL, Docker, and DevOps.
As an R&D Manager, he has led a team of 15 developers and 2 DevOps engineers, overseeing all projects and guiding development efforts. Artem’s career began as a C++ programming teacher in 2004, and he has since built a strong foundation in backend development and technical leadership.

Graphic Designer
Mykola has over 8 years of design experience and has worked on over 100 projects. His design vision is to create high-quality, bright, unique, usable experiences and interfaces that delight the user. He believes all designs should be responsive, interactive, user-friendly, accessible, and easy to use. Most importantly, he believes good designs should solve a specific business problem.

Clint brings 10 years of experience partnering with organizations to measure and improve their online performance. He has worked for a variety of nonprofit and private sector organizations since 1995, with a commitment to process-driven management. He is an experienced leader of development and design teams with a unique capacity to translate client requirements into technical documentation and provide integral insights to clients throughout a project lifecycle.
